REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
Rules 59, 60 and Rule 61

59. Change in residence,- An applicagtion for recording change in the residence in the certificate of registration of a motor vehicle shall be made by the owner of the  vehic le in form 33 accompanied by the certificate of registration and proof of address in the manner specified in Rule 4 and the appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81.

60. Endoresement of hire purchase agreement etc,- An application for making an entry of hire-purchase, lease or hypothication agreement in the certificate of registraion of a motor vehicle required under sub-section (2) of secion 51 shall be made in form 34 duly signed by the registered owner of the vehicle and the financier shall be accompanied by the certificate of registration and the appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81.

61. Termination of hire purchase agreement,-  (1) An application for making an entry of termincation of agreement of hire-purchase, lease or hypothication referred to sub-section (3) of section  51 shall be made in Form 35 duly signed by  the registered owner of the vehicle and the financier,  and shall be accompanied by the registration certificatge and the appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81.

(2) The application for the issue of a fresh certificate of registration  under sub-section (5) of section 51 sahall be made in Form 36 and shall accompanied by the fee as specified in Rule 81.


(3) Where the registered owner has refused to deliver the certificate of registration to the financier or has absconded then the registering authority shall issue a notice to the registered owner of the vehicle ib Form 27.
