    I have to renew my licence which expired in May 2013
    where shall i get the form 9, form 1 and form1A for applying for the same.

    Sir,

    I recently moved to Pune to pursue higher studies. I brought my scooter (Honda Activa) to Pune last week.

    I will be in Pune for the next 2 years after which I will be moving back to Kerala along with my scooter. I do not want to change the registration number of my scooter as I'm taking it back to Kerala in 2 years. What are the procedures I should follow to use my scooter in Pune for the next 2 years without any trouble?
    Is it enough to get an NOC from Kerala and pay the road taxes? Please help!

      well...u can pay the road tax at pune main r.t.o near sangamwadi bridge...carry ur original liscence and copies of ur roadtax, puc,rc book while riding ur vehicle..
      no need of noc and all..

    When you move a vehicle outside Kerala and intend to use there for a period exceeding 12 months, as per Motor Vehicle Act, you have to change the registration number of the vehicle.For this NOC from the RTO/SRTO where the vehicle was included earlier has to be taken. But when you remove the vehicle back to Kerala NOC from Pune has to be taken and the vehicle number has to be changed again as Kerala number. It is a very combersome procedure. So my advise is to rethink about taking the scooter with you or use it there for a shorter period. Even then there can be police checking and consequent harassment.

    I am frederick david , i want to take international license in India. Could you please explain the procedures and formalities to get that License from India.Already i have Indian driving license past 5 years .Perhaps it is easy to take ?. i wish to go the country Qatar In business Visa. So is there any problem ?

    Sir,

    Myself is working in Bangalore . I have license for M/c , LMV and HPMV & HGMV which is valid till 2011 issued from SRTO , Nedumangad . However , the badge had expired on 05 /01/2013. Please advice how to renew the same . Understood that now renewal is done online after paying required fees. Pls help me with the details on the procedure and fees.

      I think your license to drive transport vehicle has expired on 05-01-2013. Renewal of liceses application can be filed online. It is better you go to an akshaya kendra near your place and submit the application through them, because the fee for online services can be remitted by applicants only if they have a SBT/SBI account or through akshaya Kendra only.
